We take a consultative approach to massage therapy and bodywork that begins before you lie down on our tables. Our Licensed Massage Therapists work to develop an understanding of each individual’s unique anatomy upfront, gaining insights that allow us to put our technical skill, experience, and training to best use.

Our three core massage services - relaxation, integrative, and therapeutic - represent the foundation of what we provide. Relaxation massage is designed to ease tension and center the mind & body - a Swedish-style, more fluid full-body massage. Relaxation is the end goal. ($130 for 90 minutes, $85 for 60 minutes)

Therapeutic massage is ideal for targeting specific areas of discomfort through soft tissue manipulation, using deeper pressure and therapeutic techniques & modalities. Pain relief and tension reduction are the main goals. ($150 for 90 minutes, $100 for 60 minutes, $55 for 30 minutes)

Integrative massage is a middle ground between these two. It address your primary concerns while also incorporating the full body relaxation aspects of a relaxation massage. A well-rounded wellness experience is the main goal. ($140 for 90 minutes, $90 for 60 minutes)

Postnatal and Prenatal Massage, Spa Foot Reflexology, Couples Massage, and add-on services (including Aromatherapy) are also available in the Arden and Asheville area.
